What your dates cost
Each night is priced individually, then the fees are added. If a tax has been set, it appears on its own line; if none has been set, no tax line is shown, because a made-up tax line would be worse than none.

The owners review every request. Sending one holds your nights for you while they do, so nobody else can take them in the meantime, and you can cancel it yourself at any point before it is decided. No money changes hands here and nothing is confirmed until the owners approve.

What this page does and does not do
Availability here comes from the same records the owners use to decide, asked for fresh when the page opens. A night is available only if nothing holds it. When two guests want the same nights, the booking service rejects the second request instead of quietly double-booking the house — so if your dates vanish while you are typing, that is why, and this page will say so.
This page does not publish a nightly rate in advance. It works out the price for the dates you choose, from the rates the owners have set, and that number is what you see. A quote reserves nothing; only a request holds nights.
